NOTE:Nicholas graduated from the University of Leeds in 2014 and was call
 ed to the Singapore Bar in 2016. In recent years, he has focused on compl

 ries such as Germany, France, Canada, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, China, and
  United Kingdom. In 2024, Nicholas was based in Germany where he met and

 n 2025, he obtained the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) cert
 ification, which is an international accreditation in privacy program man
 agement. He is also a member of the International Association of Privacy 
 Professionals (IAPP). Nicholas also obtained certification in Digital Ass
 ets and Intellectual Property Disputes. In 2017, he obtained the Certific
 ate of Proficiency in hands-on data protection officer training. Nicholas
  has been appointed to the Cybersecurity and Data Protection Committee fo
 r the Law Society of Singapore for 2026.
